    • Sun 15 April was won by Eric Verburg. Eric picked his certificate up from Bob’s Of note, Eric was the third person drawn. Johnathan Hester was drawn first and declined to accept due to the short timeline of his impending PCS. Jeff Sell was subsequently drawn and also declined due to proximity of Smithville to his home. Therefore, Eric owes Johnathan and Jeff frosty cold beers.

Included in the meeting was an emphasis on using the products and discounts offered by the sponsors and making our support of those sponsors more obvious.  The state members were asked to post pictures of their bass catches with sponsor products on social media and on the sponsor’s web pages.  All of the various discounts were discussed in addition to several new ones.  In particular Culprit was singled out as a long time MOBASS sponsor and the members were reminded that there was a 30% discount available to the state membership. All of the sponsor discount offerings and discount codes are available on the MOBASS website and on the Leavenworth Bass Club website in the “Members Only” area.

The meeting included a brief presentation on boat safety and boat ladders.  One vender provided a product sample to the members present.  Emphasis is increasing on boating and water safety. The information is available on the Leavenworth Bass Club web site as well.
