Looks like it's time for a new cranking battery. I have a 200hp Mercury Optimax and will need enough juice to run 2 graphs, aerators, etc for the entire day.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
My current battery is an Interstate and never was large enough to handle all off my electronics for an entire day. The size and model escapes me at the moment...
Thanks for your ideas!
Rich

Re: Cranking battery question
Rich, at minimum you will need a group 29 battery, (you probably have a group 27 now)..
Interstates are good batteries, sounds like you just need more Cold Cranking Amp and Reserve Capacity..
I would suggest a minimum of 800CCA and at least 210 RC..
just my 2cents
